Discovering Wild Orchids Along the Wylye Valley Walks - Emma, Wylye Valley Walkies

Some gorgeous orchids spotted on my walks in the last couple of weeks (butterfly, pyramidal and early purple). As a dog walker, I'm lucky enough to spend most of my day walking in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, and particularly in the Wylye Valley. We have the very special chalk downland, some shady beech woods and lovely foot paths along the Wylye river to enjoy. I look forward to sharing some of my finds and observations with you over the coming summer months.
