Qigong in the Sunflowers at Punchbowl Farm - Carola Puddy

With Sue Hall 6th & 20th August 2026 • 6pm–8pm

There are summer evenings… and then there are Codford summer evenings. This August, we’re delighted to share something truly special: two serene sessions of Qigong among the sunflowers at Punchbowl Farm, led by the wonderful Sue Hall.

Imagine gentle, flowing movement surrounded by towering blooms, golden light, and the peaceful hum of the countryside. Qigong is a calming, restorative practice suitable for all ages and abilities — and doing it in a field of sunflowers makes the experience even more magical.

After each session, stay a while for sundowner drinks and nibbles, a chance to unwind with friends and neighbours, and even pick your own sunflowers to take home.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or simply curious to try something new, these evenings promise relaxation, connection, and a beautiful slice of Codford summer.
