What a fantastic night! Codford Fireworks returned on 7 November, bringing together families, friends and neighbours for a brilliant evening of entertainment and community spirit.
And it was about so much more than the fireworks. Visitors enjoyed a great choice of food, including pizza and burgers, a well-stocked bar and plenty of fairground fun. This year also saw the arrival of an old favourite for the first time, good old-fashioned dodgems, which proved a great addition to the evening!
With a lovely clear sky, a fantastic fireworks display and lots of familiar faces, there was a wonderful atmosphere throughout the night.
Most importantly, the event has once again raised valuable funds for local charities and good causes, with more details on the amounts raised and the organisations benefiting to be shared over the coming weeks.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, volunteered, helped organise the event or supported it in any way. It was another great example of what makes Codford such a special community – The Fireworks committee.
